“As a clinical team manager (CTM), you are the bridge between sites and the project team. You are in the unique position to drive the project and influence enrollment. You get a holistic picture of how and when study milestones at the study management level can be achieved,” said Tyrone Pereira, currently a CTM who started at PPD almost a decade ago as a clinical research associate (CRA). “PPD has helped and trained me as a CTM so well that I will be moving into a project manager role. I could not have reached the position I am in, had it not been for the wonderful managers and colleagues I have worked with. I joined PPD for the work, but I stayed for colleagues,” Tyrone continued.
