New Starting Wages for Aviation Maintenance Technicians We are pleased to share that the PSA Airlines aviation maintenance technicians (AMT) represented by the International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers (IAM) have ratified a new, four-year collective bargaining agreement. The new contract provides wage increases beginning at $28.25/hour, including license premiums, along with other improvements to PSA’s industry-leading premiums and benefits. We appreciate the time and effort the IAM, the representatives of the negotiating committee, and the National Mediation Board (NMB) invested in the negotiating process. A successful ratification vote would not have been possible without their partnership. They have helped us reach an agreement that recognizes our AMTs and related employees hard work and will cement PSA as the airline of choice for talented maintenance professionals.
