We're so proud of our employees for collectively raising $10,000 (and counting) through donations and PSCU branded item sales as part our Helping Hands COVID-19 Fundraiser! We’ve decided to not only match our employees’ contribution, but double it, contributing a total of $30,000 to provide nearly 3,840 meals to first responders in hospitals, fire stations, and police stations across our local communities. A portion of these funds will support Credit Unions for Kids to help feed the staff at our local Children's Miracle Network Hospitals. With toilet paper proving difficult to find in stores, we launched "Operation Spare a Square," so our employees could simply drive up to the office and pick up a few rolls. Learn more about what makes PSCU different.
PSCU is actively hiring Inbound Call Center Reps for our Allen Park, MI and Phoenix, AZ locations. PSCU continues to monitor the evolving coronavirus (COVID-19) situation and is taking actions to minimize the risk to employees and to lower the probability of the spread of the virus to you, your families and the communities where we operate. We continue daily ongoing enhanced cleaning protocols at all locations. Due to the fluidity of COVID-19 and PSCU’s commitment to safety, all new hires for Inbound Customer Service Reps must be able to work from home if needed. Working from home necessitates a quiet place to work, Internet access with a minimum speed of 5 MBPS up/down, access to an Android or Apple smartphone, and the ability to hardwire to an Internet modem via an Ethernet cord. Ownership of or access to an Ethernet cord is not required and can be supplied by PSCU.
