Last week, interns and co-ops in the PVH Early Talent Program learned about the creative side of fashion from senior leaders on the Tommy Hilfiger, Calvin Klein, and Dress Furnishings design teams during a special “Leaders as Teachers” panel discussion with Brian Mims, Executive Vice President and Creative Director, Leonello Borghi, Executive Vice President and Global Creative Director and Joosje van Roode, Vice President of Licensing Concept Design, Operations, and Non-Apparel. The panelists provided valuable advice based on their career journeys, discussed the inner workings of the design process, and even hosted an exclusive behind-the-scenes tour of Calvin Klein prototypes for handbags and accessories . Congratulations to the PVH team in #China on winning the Hey Box! “M-Award” for their Tommy Hilfiger collaboration campaign with Tmall in 2022! The team created the first-ever real-time, interactive, #digital shopping experience using cutting-edge tech, instant character rendering, and live streaming where users could engage with hyper-realistic virtual idols to get personalized style recommendations. Fun fact: One of the virtual idols, Noah, was selected to be the “Future Experience Officer” of TOMMY HILFIGER by young Chinese users and was even featured in last year’s New York Fashion Week digital runway show! Noah is the first virtual idol created by Chinese netizens as they selected his interests, personality, and career, which makes him different from other virtual characters. #PowerOfPVH
