In this Amazing Workplaces™ article, Parexel's Sanjay Vyas and Jahanara Nayar Rahuldev share why diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) is more than a discussion about our differences in gender, sexual orientation, age, race, ethnicity, or other differences. Instead, it represents the numerous perspectives and personalities we bring to work and how we create an environment that allows these perspectives to thrive. Read more:

What might be true for one report might not be true for another. Therefore, you must learn and adapt each day so that you can give your 100 percent in every report.”

“I’ve got to be honest with you — I really view myself as a secret weapon, really building clinical research from the inside out. We’ve seen other roles that are external-facing, working with patient advocates and working with patient advocacy groups, but I haven’t seen a CRO position that works from the inside, guiding the design and delivery of patient-centric clinical trials.” We’re thrilled to welcome Stacy Hurt, MHA, MBA to Parexel as our first Patient Ambassador! Stacy’s experience as a healthcare professional, caregiver and patient will be essential in helping us design clinical trials that make patients’ lives easier.
