Take it from our team members, Peloton is the #1 place to work in NYC. It's such an honor and we're proud of the culture we have built, together. They share, in their own words, what makes them excited to work at Peloton:
What are the top two pieces of advice from Mariana Garavaglia, our Chief People & Business Officer? 1) Minimize regrets as you make decisions. 2) You are not incapable of doing something because you have not done it before. Read more in her interview with Comparably, where she discusses her path to Peloton and what “brings her joy” about her role.
What's it like to deliver the Peloton experience during a pandemic? Marion Eason, Lead Field Ops Specialist at our Secaucus Warehouse, walks us through her day.
“‘It takes a village to raise a child’ is a sacred mantra with my extended family in Zimbabwe, my home country. An expectant mother is physically surrounded by her mother, sisters, and aunts who ensure she has the emotional and housekeeping support she needs. Those same women form a cocoon of support as the child grows. That cocoon of female energy has provided cheerleaders for my successes, counselors to help navigate life’s challenges, and has the next generation ready to do the same for my daughter. Likewise, I am also a thread in my nieces, nephews, and cousins’ cocoons. At Peloton, it gives me great pleasure to work with exceedingly accomplished female technology leaders. My immediate manager, the VP of Enterprise Systems, our CIO, and our Chief Business Operations executive are all women! Isn’t that just awesome to see?! Their combined presence and energy inspire me.” - Tembi Sibanda, Director, Enterprise Data, NYC
We are honored to have been recognized on Fast Company's list of the Worlds Most Innovative Brands—coming in as the #1 Wellness Brand and #42 Most Innovative Brand overall. It has been an absolute pleasure to play a part in motivating so many people to keep moving at home!
"We cultivate community, and that’s a really important distinction about Peloton. Community sometimes is a word that's just used so frequently, that very few people actually feel that sense. At Peloton, our Members feel that, and it's because we very intentionally cultivate this." In this interview with Jenny Rooney at Forbes, Dara Treseder (SVP, Head of Global Marketing and Communications) and Brad Olson (Chief Membership Officer) discuss cultivating community, building engagement that goes beyond loyalty, and working together to showcase the fullness and richness of the Peloton experience.
We’re proud to have once again received a score of 100 on the Human Rights Campaign's (HRC) Corporate Equality Index, the nation’s foremost benchmarking survey and report measuring corporate policies and practices related to LGBTQ workplace equality. This recognition is a direct result of our team’s continued commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion. Thank you to all of our team members for creating a culture where we can all feel at home. #OnePeloton #TogetherWeGoFar #CEI2021
