We are #PentairProud of the impact we are making in the community in partnership with the Minnesota Timberwolves and Minnesota Lynx. Together, we recently hosted our third Career Development Camp, offering women and BIPOC students from across the Twin Cities the opportunity to hear from women who have navigated career challenges. The organizations also joined our Black Employee Network at Pentair for an inspiring panel discussion on the topic of building a winning, inclusive workplace. #DEI #Inclusion.
The Pentair Water Trailer and water-obsessed employees are bringing great tasting drinking water to the Minnesota State Fair this weekend. Outfitted with Pentair filtration technology, the trailer offers free filtered water for Fairgoers to fill up their reusable water bottles, helping avoid the need for single-use plastic water bottles at the Fair. #PentairProud
Through the Pentair Foundation, we aim to help create the next generation of STEM leaders. Pentair teams in North Carolina and Minnesota recently spent the day with Project Scientist, a 2022 Pentair Foundation grant recipient. Dozens of girls ages 4-12 saw demonstrations of water filtration and chemistry, 3D printing, and a day in the life of product design. #GirlsinSTEM #TeamPentair.
