BookMe is an application for booking conference rooms and workspaces, developed in-house by Provectus. This product was created to solve the problem of overcrowded offices and makes the booking process a simple half-minute action. When we started working on the project in 2019, we found a number of software products of the same category on the app market, but none of them fully satisfied our functional needs, so we decided to create our own solution. Provectus organized two internships with the BookMe project. The first was dedicated to R&D and UX-testing, and the second to extending the product’s features to meet challenges posed by the COVID pandemic. BookMe makes it possible to: 🔑 book a meeting room from your computer or mobile device, 🔑 organize a spontaneous meeting and book a space in just two clicks, 🔑 book a workspace in our coworking spaces. The app is available for mobile on Android and iOS, and on the web.

In 2021, we'd like to share more content about Provectus with you. Mostly that would be success stories about AI/ML and other technical stuff. Now let us share a story to sum up a joyful holiday season. 🎅 On New Year's Eve, ProvectusTeam uncovered the secret correspondence of Santa Claus and the little wards of The Corporation of Monsters, a charitable foundation widely known in Ukraine. The kids, ranging in age from 6 months to 15 years, shared their dreams with Santa. And if a wish is voiced or written, it will definitely come true!✨ This wasn't the first time that #ProvectusTeam helped Santa with his good mission. The teammates collected gifts for the children from the Odesa and Luhansk regions. The Corporation of Monsters clued us in on the preferences of the boys and girls, to help us choose. 🧸 Toys and dolls, sets for drawing and creativity, books and laptops for online education needs — over a hundred gifts were delivered. That may seem like a lot, but it was worth it when we saw the smiles of joy on the children’s faces. For us, that was the greatest gift of all!
