Elizabeth shares, “I am very proud of my Hispanic culture and being born in Guatemala. This has brought me lots of joy in being able to show my family the rich culture that we live through and explore daily. Having children that are half Guatemalan and half Mexican comes with rich food, spectacular dances, and a beautiful language that they get to share with others and use in their everyday lives for them to have it deeply rooted and hopefully pass it on, as we have passed it down to them.” At Quest Global, we take pride in the diverse cultures that shape our global teams and communities. A few days ago, in our Turin office, some Aerospace colleagues had the opportunity to participate in a truly enlightening meeting with the American leaders of Quest Defense! We're always astonished to see how, despite our geographical separations, we're all working towards the same goal: inventing and offering cutting-edge solutions in the aerospace industry. 🌍✨ We were able to discuss and exchange valuable ideas about some of the most current challenges and best practices we are adopting in our respective realities. Discussions about how different cultural perspectives can enrich our work and the synergies we can create even remotely were particularly interesting. This meeting reminded us of the importance of collaboration and communication, which is fundamental to the success of our projects.
