Finding a ‘yes’ in the industry through Cane’s Restaurant Partner Program, which continues to open doors for restaurant operators who want to do more for themselves and their families. One of the key highlights of the program is the significant increase in bonus payouts. Since the program began, Raising Cane's has paid out $32 million in Long-Term Incentives, with over $5 million distributed this year alone. These payouts are in addition to regular salary and monthly and quarterly incentives.
