Meet Justin Laddie, a veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps and Operational Risk Analyst for Regions Bank. Through the Regions “Building Regions Associate Veteran Experience” or BRAVE program, Laddie has served as a mentor to other military veterans making the transition to Regions.

They might not wear capes or even stethoscopes, but they have been the face of Regions, continuing to serve our customers and communities throughout the pandemic. Happy 2021 Evergreen Week! Each year Regions spends a week showing our associates how much we appreciate them and this year our theme is #alltogethernow. This year we started a new tradition with the inaugural Birmingham Bike Brigade, a 45-minute “trample” through Birmingham city center that included avid and occasional cyclists – and 12 green bikes ridden by associates of the bank. Currently, around 100 college students are spending their summers working in different areas throughout Regions Bank. Groups across Regions Bank have developed unique talent programs that create a win-win for participants and for the bank.
