Phil Gearing, PE, SCS Engineers and recipient of the 2017 SWANA – Wisconsin Young Professional Award. Madison, WI – SCS Engineers today announces Phillip E. Gearing, PE, and Senior Geological Engineer with SCS as a winner of the SWANA 2017 Young Professional Award from the Wisconsin Badger Chapter. The Solid Waste Association of North America honors individuals who make a significant difference in the solid waste industry. Mr. Gearing received the honor recently at the Wisconsin Integrated Resource Management Conference (WIRMC) during the first week of March 2017.
