A great ED&I initiative recently took place in Porto! 🙌 We had the fabulous opportunity to join a Hackathon organized by Portuguese Women in Tech. The #AI Hackathon aimed to provide a supportive and inclusive environment for women to learn, collaborate, and innovate in AI. Some key facts about that event: 💪 50 female participants, either freshly graduated or who recently joined tech companies in any kind of functions 🚀 14 projects focused on fostering Diversity and Inclusion inside and outside organizations using AI 💯 % of our mentors were women 🌟 Salsify was part of 4 sponsors, including local tech companies 🎉 4 mentors out of 8 were from Salsify Cheers to Olena Protsenko, Bianca Martins, Juliana E. and Rudo Usai for their support to make this event happen!
