Our Purpose Team volunteer days are in full swing, and we’re thrilled to highlight the incredible organizations we’re supporting this year! Recently, our Southern California team gave back in a big way, volunteering with OC Parks and Recreation and the Orangewood Foundation. Some team members headed to Salt Creek Beach for a shoreline cleanup, helping to protect and preserve our beautiful coast. Meanwhile, others assembled hygiene kits, organized pantry items, and sorted clothing donations to support youth on their journey toward permanent housing. We’re so proud of the impact our teams are making in their communities!❤️

Over the past two months, our Southern California teams have come together to support those impacted by the LA wildfires. We set up donation centers across our communities, gathering essential supplies to help those in need. Sequoia also launched a fundraiser through the Red Cross, and together, we’ve raised $2,000! Sequoia's DIBE Taskforce recently attended a training by the Berkeley Center for Cultural Humility (CHUMS), focused on cultural humility, anti-racism, and strategies to foster inclusivity within our communities.
