Silverline has been named a Leader in the Everest Group PEAK Matrix® for Salesforce Services in Insurance Service Provider 2022. The PEAK Matrix provides an objective, data-driven assessment of service and technology providers based on their overall capability and market impact across different global services markets. For the 2021 assessment, Silverline’s vision, capability, and market impact was evaluated against 12 leading IT service providers based on their Salesforce services portfolios in the insurance sector. Silverline was positioned as a Leader, the highest position category, due to its strong insurance industry leadership, the quality of its consulting and technical resources, and its comprehensive knowledge for enabling digital transformation for its Insurance clients. Silverline was also positioned high overall for market impact.
The Olympics is all about bringing the international community together and working as a team to achieve success, making it the perfect inspiration for Silverline’s end-of-the-year team-building event with employees across the world. “Silverline Olympics was inspired by our values, culture of trying to have fun (including some healthy competition), and commitment to fostering a connected, global community,” said Shanna Sandy, Director of People. “It served as our 2021 year-end celebration and brought our teams together for fun in a mostly virtual environment. Silverline recently announced its new Mediaocean integration for Salesforce Media Cloud. Mediaocean’s certified integration for Salesforce streamlines the RFP ingestion process, replacing the manual former process of sending emails with attached RFPs. The Mediaocean integration automatically creates RFPs in the Salesforce platform and makes them actionable thanks to configurable notifications and a holistic view of the opportunity. No more jumping between different screens — all the information is in one place. “Based on our discussions with customers globally, the current RFP process is highly fragmented, manual, and repetitive,” said Christopher Dean, VP and GM, Media & Entertainment & Media Cloud. “This connector, offered by Silverline and Mediaocean and built on Salesforce Media Cloud, is an important step toward digitalizing RFP responses and achieving overall ad sales transformation.”
