The Mid-Atlantic management team continues to grow with the addition of Frank Costantino. Having a plethora of experience in the contract security field spanning over 17 years, he will significantly support the growing region. Frank started his security career as an officer and quickly was promoted twice until becoming an Account Manager within the same company. He was responsible for 15 locations in Philadelphia and the South Jersey area. For six years in this role, Frank was involved in sales and region growth, employee recruitment and development, day-to-day management procedures and more. Next, he was a Branch Manager for two smaller companies before accepting the position of Branch Manager for a large global security company. He was in charge of the day-to-day management of an armored cash logistics branch that provided service for over 500 locations. Frank’s duties included oversight of routing and logistics, enforcement of company policies and procedures, as well as hiring, licenses and training of employees. #TeamGrowth #Welcome #ManagementTeam #Leadership
Outstanding work by our Dallas team on a recent event they were a part of- one of our client’s site received a visit from Former President Donald Trump. The officers worked with the Dallas Police Department and United States Secret Service for two weeks leading up to the event. On the morning of the event, the Secret Service requested two officers to stand post at locations previously designated to be staffed by Secret Service Agents. Other officers were appointed to restrict access to the secure zone, and some were assigned to assist visitors, members and staff throughout the event. Their efforts in the weeks leading up to the event and through it had a significant impact on everyone involved, receiving praise from the client and the Secret Service. The Secret Service called their efforts “One of the best security operations we have ever seen, and top-notch.” Their actions reflect highly upon themselves, the client, and Sunstates Security.

Congrats to Jackie Bragg on her promotion to Senior Operations Manager of the Mid-Atlantic! A member of the Sunstates Security team since 2014, Jackie initially joined the company as a security officer. Her work ethic, customer service skills and strong attention to detail made her an invaluable member of the team, and when a management position became available, she was promoted to Operations Manager with oversight of a portfolio of clients and security officers in New Jersey. In September 2021, Jackie was again promoted to her current role of Senior Operations Manager, a role in which she has oversight of a team of operations managers and a portfolio of clients spanning DE, PA, and NJ. In addition to managing her internal team, Jackie also interfaces directly with all of her client contacts on a regular basis and is accountable for contractual compliance and customer satisfaction.
