Regional Manager Travis Miller recognizes Officer Swanson for her stellar performance. “Officer Amber Swanson recently provide exceptional service, which led to her being chosen as officer of the quarter. In our downtown Orlando market, we provide service for many high-rise buildings. Recently, there was a rash of thefts in the garage with one person caught on camera. All officers and shifts were alerted to watch the cameras and try to locate this individual since we had a physical description. One Sunday afternoon when Amber was working and monitoring the cameras, she spots an individual in the garage testing vehicle doors to try and find one open and immediately contacts the Orlando Police Department. She went above and beyond and followed the individual on foot while communicating with the police and her efforts led to his arrest. The Orlando Police Department was very impressed, as was our client who wanted her to be recognized.” Awesome job Officer Swanson, your dedication and attentiveness are greatly appreciated!

Regional Manager Matthew Crosswhite recognizes a team member in our California region: “I had the pleasure of presenting our Site Supervisor Juan Ibarra with a bonus check as our client recognized Juan as the officer of the quarter! Juan has gone above and beyond to consistently exceed the expectations of our client. He assists with the implementation of new policies and tools to further the customer’s security initiatives. For example, the client recently implemented a new access control system for which Juan’s support was instrumental. Further, Juan took on an added responsibility of providing a guided tour of the corporate campus our client is a part of, as the entire business park is currently up for sale. The customer highly noted his support of the teams of Real Estate agents.” Here are a couple of photos: one of Juan with Maria Tupper and Roger Velasquez, our clients, and the other Juan and Matt Crosswhite. #EmployeeRecognition #SecurityServices #SecuritySolutions #Team #CorporateSecurity #CaliforniaSecurity #Congratulations #SunstatesSecurity
