March 8 is International Women’s Day, an initiative that grew out of efforts in the early 20th century to promote women's rights, especially suffrage. The observance has evolved to celebrate women's achievement, raise awareness against bias and promote equality. SurePayroll recently conducted a study of more than 2,000 women working full-time to reveal sentiments on key workplace issues and see how far we've come. #BreakTheBias
SurePayroll will celebrate Women's History Month throughout March by recognizing the accomplishments of The Women of SurePayroll. SurePayroll team members nominated women from across the organization--from the frontline to C-Suite--to share their story. The celebration concludes with an all-employee professional development event featuring a special guest speaker.
