Our monthly Food for Thought Lunch & Learn series offers voluntary sessions focused on personal and professional development, with a variety of topics and engaging giveaways each month. This year, we expanded thought leadership to all employees through an initiative called Each One Teach One. It taps into the expertise and passions of team members across the company, empowering them to share knowledge that makes us all better. Our most recent session, “Composing Psychological Safety,” led by Senior Delivery Analyst Andrew McNair, explored why psychological safety is the foundation of high-performing teams and how it empowers people to speak up, ask questions, and learn from mistakes. We are committed to helping our employees reach their full potential by building teams where everyone feels safe to contribute. #WeAreSweetwater #FullTimeDream
A recent MarketWatch article highlights a growing trend of CEOs connecting directly with customers to better understand their needs and to strengthen relationships. At Sweetwater, we’ve operated with that mindset for 47 years. Our CEO Mike Clem is featured, discussing the importance of staying close to the musicians and creators who inspire our work. Our leadership believes these conversations build trust, drive insight, and keep us grounded in what matters most. Every conversation helps us serve more musicians, more personally, every day. Today we celebrate the incredible impact of and the work it does to connect, support, and grow women across the music products, pro audio, and entertainment-technology industries. Women of NAMM is dedicated to expanding female representation and leadership across our industry by providing mentorship, networking, and professional-development opportunities that help women build meaningful careers and lasting industry connections. We are especially proud to celebrate our own Jennifer Witt, Senior Marketing Manager of Institutional Sales, who attended NAMM as one of only three winners of the Women of NAMM scholarship. Opportunities such as this do more than support attendance at an event: they create pathways for leadership, connection, and long-term growth across our industry. Thank you to Women of NAMM for continuing to invest in the future of music and the people who make it possible.
