This past month, we celebrated our remodeled stores with a $1,000 donation to a nonprofit chosen by each local store team. In December, we donated to Community Action Partnership of Northeast Missouri - CAPNEMO (chosen by the Kirksville, MO, store), Foodbank of Southeastern Virginia and the Eastern Shore (chosen by the Virginia Beach, VA, store), National Society of Daughters of the American Revolution (chosen by the Rehoboth Beach, DE, store), and Tioga Point Museum (chosen by the Sayre, PA, store).
In our sales organization, we are focused on the customer experience. We want every customer that comes into one of our locations to feel like they have had the best wireless transaction possible! Our front-line sales teams have worked hard to perfect the process that will elevate our customers' shopping experience and we have put them to the test. Our Elevate Sales Contest had our most elite sales professionals give their best positioning statement and expert recommendations to compete for a chance win a seat at the finals and the ultimate victory of a trip of a lifetime.

In November, we donated to Better Together Animal Alliance (chosen by the Sandpoint, ID, store), Mid Iowa Community Action Agency (chosen by the Grinnell, IA, store), National Society Daughters of the American Revolution Old Hickory Chapter (chosen by the Ripley, WV, store), and Sleep in Heavenly Peace (chosen by the Norwalk, IA, store).
We were honored to host guest speaker Rob Jones at our Store Support office in Fishers, IN, for a flag raising ceremony and special Veterans Day event. Rob is a retired Marine sergeant and Paralympic bronze medalist who shared his story of perseverance with us and taught us business and life lessons we can apply every day.
