There was no shortage of heroes Sunday night at Sunrise Hospital. It is the closest trauma center to the Las Vegas Strip and received the most patients. As the injured streamed in, so did 100 doctors and 100 nurses. On Wednesday, some of them shared their stories with CBS' Anthony Mason. Many thanks to the leadership of two of our HRRG associates, Vanessa Rodriguez and Jasmine Escobar, who ran point on a drive to gather vital resources for those affected by the massive devastation from #HurricaneMaria in Puerto Rico this weekend. Thanks to their leadership and the generosity of so many others in these Florida offices, this team gathered many items such as drinking water, baby diapers, baby wipes, baby formula, non-perishable foods, dog food, mosquito repellent, personal and feminine hygiene products, OTC medicines, 1st aid kits and more for a FEMA flight that left Miami this weekend and delivered these items to those on the ground in Puerto Rico.
