Thank you for this #TeamHealthHeroes Nomination: "The Operations Support team, led by Glenda Sublett, is the epitome of administrative TeamHealth Heroes working behind the scenes to ensure our operational processes thrive, whether on a typical day or during a pandemic like we have seen in the last several months. Not only did the Ops Support team proactively respond to the new challenges brought about because of COVID-19, they also worked with leaders in several of our service lines to provide administrative support for new initiatives like the expansion of our Telemedicine Program, the APC On Call Program, and COVID-19 trackers to support clinical leadership decision-making. Behind every clinician who selflessly volunteered to support their colleagues on the frontline, a flurry of work was needed behind the scenes to provide emergency privileges, support additional scheduling needs, and ensure that clinicians were provided malpractice coverage.
