After 20 years with Towne Properties, Carol has seen and done quite a lot. She began her career with Towne as a Leasing Professional of Wildwood Apartments and knew then that she had found her place. She was most impressed with Towne when she attended her first Towne Associates Appreciation Day (TAAD) just two weeks later. She only knew about five people at the time when a man she hadn’t met walked up to her and introduced himself as Marvin Rosenberg, smiled, took her hand, and said, “Welcome to the Towne family”. She had no idea who Marvin was and later relayed the story to her manager, because she was so impressed that someone would go out of their way to welcome a new associate. She quickly learned that he was a founding Partner and realized what the Towne culture was all about.
What’s it like to work at Towne Properties? We’re the kind of company that enjoys a little competition. When management challenged the team at DeSales to lease ten apartments in March with the reward of both men jumping into the new pool, the team upped the ante! They said they’d lease twenty apartments if all four mem jumped. Here we are… 23 leases later… on a 34° day….
