Since the late 1980’s, Transwest’s diverse operations have been making transportation products and services available to its commercial and retail customers. Family-owned and operated since 1990, our company has been experiencing consistent growth beyond its original Colorado stronghold. Our dealerships proudly represent brands such as Freightliner, Western Star, Izusu, GMC and Buick. Transwest also sells heavy commercial trailer product lines, RVs and horse trailers from Colorado to Missouri. Our manufacturing facilities in Kansas and Colorado produce a number of specialized truck bodies under our own Summit brand. Most notably, our national presence in the transportation finance sector through our Trans Lease subsidiary, presents even more opportunities.
