Community coming together for a great cause. 💚 Last year, TruGreen associates in Ann Arbor, Taylor, and Macomb partnered with Free Bikes 4 Kidz Detroit to collect 300+ donated bikes and help repair them. In December, FB4K held its annual bike giveaway weekend to distribute the collected bikes to kids in need.
The ribbon has been cut, and the expansion of our Cool Springs Support Center is underway. As our team continues to grow, we're proud to deepen our presence in the Williamson County community!
Last week, we had an energizing week in Nashville! 800 of our associates gathered for our Leadership Summit to get focused and relentless for 2026! We gained valuable perspective from our executives, franchise partners, and guest speaker, Alan Eagle, whose session, “Learned Excellence,” challenged us to think differently about peak leadership performance. Between the strategy sessions, there was time to connect, celebrate Nashville, and strengthen relationships that power our business. We’re ready to be relentless in 2026!
TruGreen was proud to partner with the Nashville Sounds Baseball Club for the first-ever Field Smarts Maintenance Clinic at First Horizon Park. Coaches, league leaders, and field managers from across Middle Tennessee joined us for a hands-on day of learning with the Sounds Grounds Crew, covering everything from field recovery to infield prep, weather management, and game-day readiness. TruGreen’s Marc Mayer, Regional Technical Director, shared agronomy insights to help attendees elevate field performance across the region. It was a great day of education, community, and collaboration — with all proceeds staying local to support Middle Tennessee charities. Looking forward to growing this partnership and helping more fields play like pros!
Earlier this year 2025, TG kicked off a new campaign to refurbish baseball fields across the country, as part of their partnership with MiLB. After receiving over 500 submissions, from states all across the country, we're proud to announce the city of Purcell, OK and resident, Hannah Gulledge as the first ever recipient! Our donation of $25,000 will be used to refurbish the local complex, including 8 baseball & softball fields. Can't wait to share the transformation early next year!

We opened the doors to our Nashville Support Center earlier this year and we're proud of the space that now reflects our team, values, and momentum. Thank you to all those who brought this space design to life!
