Last week, we completed a donation of 6 truckloads of product worth roughly $250,000 to the Greater Chicago Food Depository. The Lake Michigan team coordinated the 125,000 lb. donation from its warehouses in Bensenville, Streator, and Wisconsin, delivering nearly 9,000 total cases of 263 different shelf stable products for communities devastated by a combination of COVID-19 and food insecurity. #wehelpyoumakeit

Colin Patton, a driver for our Spokane location, was making a delivery when he opened the door and was met with smoke and flames. Colin, remembering that a staff member lived above the restaurant, jumped into action and climbed the stairs to wake the sleeping employee.
