Restaurant seating spills outdoors, with tables spaced at appropriate distances, and take-out/pickup zones clearly marked on commercial corridors. Team Better Block powered by WGI teamed up with the City of Norfolk Government and Work Program Architects to provide added spacing to these areas to promote safe social distancing as a rapid response to COVID-19.
