We were honoured to be at the Women in Technology World Series in Dublin last week. It was fantastic to speak to so many participants at our booth across the two days as well as hearing from the many inspirational speakers. One of which was our own Niamh Graham, VP of Global HR. Niamh spoke about De-Coding Culture and the importance of positivity fuelling positivity. #WinTechSeries #womenintech #weworkhuman

Today, we’re featuring Abe Bakkal as part of our #HiHumans employee spotlight! Abe is a Business Development Representative and has been with us since April 2018. When he isn’t in the office or spending time with friends and family, he’s busy attending classes at law school. Abe says he is thankful to be part of a company that supports his growth as an individual (his manager will even send him motivational text messages to keep him going!). Abe is no stranger to hard work and determination. His parents immigrated to the US from Syria, and have worked 50+ hours a week for more than 20 years to give him and his 2 siblings opportunities to succeed. “Everything I do in life I do for my parents. They mean the world to me and without them I wouldn’t be where I am today”. When asked what he likes most about #Workhuman, Abe says it is the freedom to work as an individual, and the camaraderie he feels in the office. “It is an unbelievable feeling to walk into work and be treated like family every day”.
2019 marked the second year of our Intern program! Take a look at what some of them had to say in our Workhuman blog post by Dennis Caron. http://glassdoor.com/slink.htm?key=vM4d1
Today we're highlighting Joyce Silvia as part of our #HiHumans series! Joyce is a proud member of our Strategy and Consulting team in our Framingham office. A self-proclaimed ‘Army brat’, she spent her childhood years in far-flung corners of the world, including Honolulu, Seoul, and Tokyo. After traveling the globe, she concludes there’s no place like Boston to call home! When asked what she enjoys most about #workhuman, Joyce tells us it’s the colorful office space and stimulating environment – as well as working with some of the most creative, smart, and thoughtful humans you could find. She’s proud to be a part of the positive impact our work has for millions of employees around the world. When she’s not busy helping our customers achieve success – Joyce is a proud wife, a busy mother of two girls, and a talented baker (trust us...we’ve taste-tested!)

A huge thank you to all who organised Dublin Pride, our Workhumans had a fantastic experience and we’re already planning for 2020! This was our second parade this year, after we marched in Boston earlier this month, but 2019 is the first time we’ve publicly celebrated Pride. The principles behind Pride - courage, equality and respect - are incredibly close to our hearts here, and the love and support shown at both parades gave us all a real sense of belonging. #workhuman #weworkhuman #youbelong #dublinpride #pride
