uring Jordan’s search for his next opportunity, he was looking for a role that would be more than a job – he wanted to find a career that would allow him to provide for his family long-term. With years of service-industry experience under his belt, he had developed strong communication skills by building rapport and relationships with guests. When he landed an Account Executive (AE) position on our Local Sales team, he quickly saw how valuable those skills would be in his new role. “Once I started in my role as an AE on our Local Sales team, I quickly learned that talking to guests across a table and talking to business owners across the country required the same skillset – the ability to openly and authentically communicate.
