Yelp HQ was excited to host students from the UC Merced Chapter of Association for Computing Machinery (ACM). These awesome students joined us for lunch and listened to a tech talk from Maxime M., an alum that spoke about his experiences interning multiple times at Yelp, and what it was like returning to Yelp full-time. Maxime also shared his tips on making the most out of college to maximize the chances of getting a job before graduation. The Engineering team wrapped things up with some insight into how Yelp Main is structured for iOS. Huge thanks to ACM for coming by and letting us share what a five-star career in tech is all about!
