Zillow joins Brilliant Black Minds!
Congratulations to Tristan Larsin and Becky Nebel as recipients of this year’s Zillow For Good Community Impact and Ambassador of the Year Awards! The Community Impact Award celebrates an employee who goes above and beyond in service of causes important to them and is known by their peers to make a difference in their local community. Tristan launched a charity called the I Did It, So Can You (IDISCY) Foundation to provide equitable resources to empower individuals with muscular dystrophy-related diseases. In 2023, the organization awarded its first scholarship to fund a student living with spinal atrophy studying mechanical engineering at the University of Illinois. The Ambassador of the Year Award recognizes an employee who has made an impact in our communities by consistently supporting causes in service of underserved groups. Becky volunteered at numerous events (and planned two of them!), participated in our non-profit Community Grant program during Fair Housing Month, and redeemed her multiple Z4G rewards to make donations to organizations in our communities. We are inspired by the impact made by Becky and Tristan and their peers across the company in their communities every day. #ZGLife
