We had a ton of fun and laughs at our 80's themed April Kick Off meeting! We were treated to some sweet 80's tunes by our very own driversselect band, the Culture Boys, as well! There is never a dull moment at work here!
Wanted to share the driversselect Hierarchy of Needs, patterned after Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs. We strive to make sure we are taking care of our tribe members with more than just a pay check. In order for people to thrive in the workplace and perform their best, we believe we have to provide an environment and culture that gives people a sense of security and belonging in order for them to have personal achievement and then go on to find meaning in their work and reach higher financial goals.
