In celebration of #womenshistorymonth, we asked iHeart employees to nominate #womenleaders who are making a positive impact on others, particularly on the lives and careers of other women. We're thrilled to share some of the nominees, starting with Julie Donohue. One colleague put it best: "Julie has always expressed how important career development is on her team. I saw this even before I joined...She wants me to have a seat at the table and to be recognized for my accomplishments. She sees me." Thanks for all that you do, Julie!

We are honored iHeartLand was named one of the top five metaverse activations of 2022 by Ad Age. "Among the many branded worlds created in Roblox in 2022, iHeartMedia’s “iHeartLand” is arguably the most expansive. The virtual space, opened in September, is anchored by a stadium that will host 10 concerts and 10 podcasts over the first year and even has its own sponsor in State Farm. Elsewhere, players can run their own radio stations, earn in-game rewards and exchange them for “iHeartBucks.” Tech corporation Intel also sponsors a venue called “House of Wonder,” where players can exchange “iHeartBucks” for power-ups that elevate the performance of their avatars."
