iHerb recently announced a major new plan for all team members. The plan is a way to attract, retain, motivate and reward our team members who have contributed to iHerb’s success and will continue to have an impact on iHerb’s success in the future. The Phantom Share Plan is unique among most companies. It is very rare that company shares are granted to all team members. We feel this is a great opportunity for everyone to share financially in our company’s future.
