Some of the cheapest health plans I've seen outside of state/gov plans. The cheapest premium plan is maybe 80$ a month if you don't smoke and are able to meet your yearly health goals.

3M is self insured. premiums and copay go up each year. limited in-network options. Prescription drug benefit is terrible. they use CVS. The pharmacy benefit negotiator regularly declines paying for anything that is not generic.
