Best - Comprehensive array of options at competitive prices. Worst - Premiums increase every year due to 3M needing to pass along insurance companies' cost increases...but still MUCH less expensive than the worst private insurance coverage!

The health insurance options are Health Partners or Blue Cross Blue Shield. The deductibles are high compared to other companies like Medtronic or Boston Scientific.
