I wish they had more option and more affordable

Health benefits are affordable especially if you are a non-smoker.

Offers wellness plan covered at 100%. Various insurance carrier options based on location. Negatives- plans can very very costly or you will have a high deductible. Prescriptions also fall under deductible so they can be costly when paying out of pocket.

It was good that they provide this option but the company contribution could be more it is a little expensive.

Very average. ADP works at keeping the insurance programs just below the national average for large companies.

I am a contractor through a different agency, Ascent. The insurance is $175/month for just you, and it is very high deductibles and very bad coverage. For family coverage in the same level it is $850/month.

Almost every conceivable option available but costs passed to the participant for the most part. That said, on the big one, medical, ADP appears to pay a good portion, around 60%.
