YOU can choose your plan. ADP pays half of your health cost and also will give employee monies if they are in health saving plan .

HSA plans are cheap and have employer match.

Higher Deductible has access to HSA where the company deposits $600 for you to use and you can add the amount you wish. There's also a doctor on site. The Lower Deductible can be very expensive esp for a family plan and there's no access to the HSA.

Variety of options available for the employee is important - especially when considering pre-existing conditions and/or cost.

Current on High Deductible Savings plan - which offers a low monthly fee but high deductible if I am sick. The company does offer ways to reduce the monthly fee by doing some things.
