Higher Deductible has access to HSA where the company deposits $600 for you to use and you can add the amount you wish. There's also a doctor on site. The Lower Deductible can be very expensive esp for a family plan and there's no access to the HSA.

The cost for a good plan is not even affordable for a family. if you select an HSA the company will contribute $1100 for a family plan.
