AMD does not have enough office space to hold all it's employee. I would say 25% to 50% work from home. You can also do hybrid where you come into the office 3 days and work from home 2 days. Keep in mind AMD is a global company so you get early morning meetings and late night meetings from time-to-time. If you are going to work from home, go get a nice desk, chair, monitors, deco, etc. and make it your space to work.
