Very easy to work remotely when needed

nothing bad to say, probably depends on your role and your manager

AMD is flexible with working remotely.

Allowed if the manager will allow it.

Flexible and gives employee the option once in a while when there's a adhoc issue at home

After hours, you are also free to work from home as well.

Not a problem as long as you get your work done. Some managers better about this than others but overall given the horrible traffic in Austin I've never heard of anyone really having an issue if they want to work from home occasionally.

They do offer work from home for some workers, based on role/function/manager discretion. The primary reason for this is to reduce cost to the company.

Can do some stuff from home, but a lot requires being in office
