ARS-Rescue Rooter benefits

Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, 401k with Company Match, 13 days of PTO accrued, Company Vehicle, Company Phone and Tablet.

The benefits are pretty standard: 401k, health & dental insurance, PTO accrues with each paycheck. The only downside is if you don't use all your PTO at the end of the year, you lose it. There is no PTO rollover (however, there's rumors that, that policy might change).

Best is insurance, 401k after 6 months. Worse I would say is don't match a lot in 401k, could use more than 2 weeks off when working 6 days a week.

The best thing about the benefits package is that is just bare bones min, but with the added discount you receive from HVAC products it made it acceptable.

Standard healthcare etc, time off after 6 months - also standard. Nothing really too out of the ordinary. Large commissions here and there are nice.

The best thing about the benefit package at ARS is Healthiest You. The actual benefit packages are realistically priced and make it relatively affordable for coverage for both employee and family.

Benefits are great and I appreciate that ARS offers them, but they are Expensive!!

salary, 401k, bonus plan. the thing that would make this a 5 star is some equity in the company. That's a major motivator

They don't explain anything about benefits except in a email sent to your personal email
