Deductibles are going up but that is inline with the industry and country (USA).

Several options to choose from and a very easy-to-use set of web tools to manage all the choices and the programs throughout the year.

Best - overall coverages are broad, network always seems to include my Dr's/Hospital Worst - Unusual medical conditions/tests seem to frequently get denied unless you appeal, out of pocket does not include any medication costs

Average health benefits when compared to competitors

it's ok, I wouldn't say it's the best.

Even with the best coverage they try and nickle an dime over small things, like medications that cost 30 bucks they cover one week an then not the next.
