This is really a project related benefit. Understood that Clearance jobs need you to be at office but other jobs should be more flexible. Telecommuting is a very nice way of going green!! What do you really achieve in spending time on the road and trains? Everything boils down to delivery. So, 2 or 3 or more days should be offered wherever possible. It is up to the Employee to take advantage or not.
