Overall benefits are quite good, but health insurance (medical, dental, and vision) is not. For US employees outside CA, high deductible insurance is the ONLY option. Adobe offsets some of the deductible in an HSA, but you're still on the hook for potentially thousands of dollars a year. This can work out fine, if you don't get sick - but gets quite costly if you do, or if you have a chronic condition. Aetna is also not great to deal with, when there are claim issues - and there will be. In general, it make medical visits an unpredictable and unpleasant experience, causing one to postpone seeking medical help.

HSA is great. They contribute 1700 for you each year.

Aetna HSA has good options, but it's not necessarily everyone's favorite. It's OK for me and my family but the $5000 deductible is high.

It is fine, but no better than I got working at a small company in the same area.
