Depending on the team, there may be job training.

There are plenty of departments within the warehouse to train in. You can sign up for critical roles and get trained.

instruction videos and email updates on changes in company protocol are up to date and clear up what to do and what not to do pretty good

There is none. You learn on the job. The trainer floats around 5 people for a day providing some general feedback. Then you are on your own. Any question you have makes your rate drop - adding to your feeling of failing and fear of losing your job.

absolutely awful, as a trainer there they had me handling 15 people at a time and would pass anyone even if they failed the safety test several times

If you are fortunate to move up or move laterally they will train you. You can also get a free CDL license and learn how to drive a hand truck and other dock machinery.
