Job Training program is minimum.

Not as good. You learn as you go.

None for contracted employees. Not so different from other benefits for this type of employee.

Job Training is fine, I never felt like I was confused, but I still felt like I was treated like a robot...

you're pushed into the deep end.

Job training taught us how to safely operate the machines and about the process, but the rates weren't made clear until after we were told we weren't meeting them. People were getting written up during their 2nd week there for low productivity/quality when they were still learning how to do the process.

Ha expect a day of this is how I do it then a week getting yelled at for not doing it how they want you too, which literally every shift and term does the same process totally different.
