THE POWER IS YOURS. Seriously kids, the power is yours. You get UPT (Unpaid time off) and PTO (Paid time off), if you burn through it just to not work and then get sick and need more, the only recourse is requesting/praying for an approved "2 Weeks Unpaid leave". Only you can prevent your being canned by the man.
