Hourly associates are allotted a specific amount of UPT hours (unpaid time) to use at their own discretion. From sick days to just needing a day off. I find this system to be groundbreaking. I have never worked for a company with such a complimentary, use at your will, based kind of attendance policy.

Ditto -- people who are about sick days are potential problem employees.

More on-boarding training before new employees are thrown in the fire. The first couple of weeks can be very confusing on where to find the information you need that pertains to your job.

Sick days are are few, and you have to fight to prove you can't work. I had to take a few days off due to the local fires nearby work that were inflaming my lungs, but Amazon was cheap and wouldn't pay me during the sick time.

LOVE that it started immediately! Also like concepts of the UPT/PTO/VTO/VET/MOT/MET segments & the ways that affects me each day.
