High deductible, but You have an opportunity to open an HSA account and they will contribute a sum each year deepening the amount on individuals on the insurance. The contribution will not cover all the deductible but you will be able to pay for the first free copayments dependents on your doctor.

Choice of UHC or BCBS. Pretty high deductibles, but the same coverage as any employee sponsored health plan. Choice of normal or premium, but the pay check difference is pretty high.
