WORK FROM HOME FLEXIBLE
Array was founded as a remote-first company. We encourage people to work wherever they're most productive and impactful, regardless of which city they may be located in. We take care to ensure we create transparency wherever possible utilizing public slack channels and company-wide all hands. While teams need to have some hours of overlap to ensure they can work productively, we also try to encourage asyncronous decision-making wherever possible.
Additionally, we provide a $1,000 desk setup subsidy for full-time employees to ensure they're setup to work as efficiently and effectively as possible in their remote setup, as well as a $100/month stipend that is automatically provided to put towards wifi/cell phone bills.
Programs & Initiatives
These programs encourage a healthy remote working environment.
At Array, every employee has agency over how they create a balance between work and rest, so that we can stay productive and innovative over the long term.
This balance looks different from person to person and may be reliant on a number of factors, including a teammate’s preferred working style, location, and family obligations. For that reason, we empower our teammates to have agency over their working times, the vacations they take, the time they need to recharge.
Array cares deeply about bringing financial wellness to everyone, including our own employees. We match 100% of elective deferrals up to 4% with immediate vesting so you can save for your future.
We care deeply that parents take the time that they need when they add a member to their family.
Array’s paid parental leave policy is for any employee (regardless of gender) who becomes a parent through childbirth or adoption. There is no probationary period to qualify for this leave policy and leave must be taken during the first year of parenthood.
Primary Caregiver Leave
Individuals who are the primary caregiver for the child (the primary individual responsible for taking care of the child) can take up to 16 weeks of paid parental leave per birth or adoption event. Additionally, primary caregivers have a flexible first month back once they return to work, in which they can set their own schedule to help ease the transition back into work. See “Returning from Parental Leave” below.
Secondary Caregiver Leave
If you are not the primary caretaker for the child, you can take up to 10 weeks of paid parental leave per birth or adoption event.
Array pays full-time employees $100/month to assist with mobile phone and internet costs associated with working remotely.
New full-time employees are able to receive up to a $1,000 subsidy for desk setup. Array cares deeply that our employees are happy, healthy, and productive. Given we’re a remote-first company, this means helping to ensure our employees are able to be as efficient and effective as possible from their home workspace.
